The Kentucky YMCA Youth Association (https://www.kyymca.org/) desperately needs a remote Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer to make a few minor updates to a custom-built system. This is a 100% remote role and only on an as-needed basis, but there is some work that needs to be done asap. We estimate no more than 20 - 30 hours over the next nine months. You will be working with me. I am on staff and manage their Salesforce and FormAssembly software, but do not know Javascript, which is required to make a few of these updates. We need someone who can get started ASAP helping with a few updates for our upcoming program, the Kentucky Youth Assembly. Over 4,000 Kentucky middle and high school students participate in this model government program. The program has existed for over 100 years, but the software needs some TLC. As a nonprofit, they can only pay $40/hour. So, this would either be something you might consider doing just to help support Kentucky kids or to add to your portfolio. We would be happy to promote your work and/or your business on social media. The schedule is flexible so you can do the work in addition to an existing job. Please consider helping. Hi everyone, a Senior Software Engineer position has opened up at Affirm on a team I work closely with. They’re looking for at least 5 years of experience, specifically in a backend environment. We mostly use Python so working experience with it is a plus but not absolutely necessary. It’s fully remote, salary ranges $146k - $219k in KY based on experience, a generous stock package that vests quarterly, excellent PTO (unlimited within reason), health, vision, & dental insurance paid for completely by Affirm, crazy good parental leave & benefits package, monthly $450 lifestyle + $200 tech stipend provided via company card among other benefits AFAIK I am the only Kentuckian at Affirm and would love to have another.
